SUPERSTARS Fusion Movement Class

This class combines the best of many worlds: dancing for some cardio with weights for strength building, a little qigong to deepen our breath and flexibility, and a bit of yoga and meditation for grounding.

POUNDING FOR HEALTH

In this accessible class, students use drumsticks to burn calories, build muscle, and strength. A chair is used for support and seated sequences. NO DRUMMING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
